Description:
|
This query permits the identification of the top 100 organs, tissues and cell lines out of 600 that show the most similar patterns of expression of about 23,000 human genes. The higher the Similarity Score, the better the match with the target organ, tissue or cell type selected in the query. This query can be used to establish relatedness of organs and tissues for studies of ontology and development. It can be used to identify human tumour cell lines that best resemble each other, primary cancers or even “normal” tissues.
