 mRNA-specific Gene Expression

To retrieve mRNA expression data for a target gene in many tissue/ cell types
Search by gene name, protein name, UniProt ID, RefSeq ID or IPI ID
 
Description:
 		 This query permits examination of the expression pattern of any gene of interest from about 23,000 genes across about 600 different types of human organs, tissues and cells. This particularly useful for establishing which types of cells and tissues have genes that exhibit more unique expression patterns as identified with the Tissue/Cell-specific Expression Query. Such genes may encode proteins that could serve as specific biomarkers for these cells and tissues, including tumour cells.
